From there, our cattle are taken to Peel Meat Packers INC in Drayton, ON, a provincially inspected facility, where the beef is inspected and graded. It hangs for approximately 2 weeks and is then taken to Yungblut Meats in Tavistock, ON, a well-known butcher since 1982, where it is cut and wrapped. With every bite, you taste the dedication to purity and flavour that defines our beef.
