We have a variety of home grown products to offer, many of which vary seasonally.
Our beef is crossbred Angus- always free of hormones and antibiotics.
Dry aged for 24-28 days for maximum flavour and tenderness.
We offer our beef in whole, halves and quarters at $7 per lb.
We offer ground beef at $8 per lb, stewing beef at $9 per lb, and beef bones for $5 a bag.
We also run a small flock of free-run chickens producing fresh brown eggs every day. Eggs are available for pickup on a daily basis in the green fridge at our front door (8189 Guelph Line).
Our fresh, free-run brown eggs are sold by the dozen for $6, or by the flat (30) for $15.
