** Dec. 30th Update . We are pretty much sold out (thank you all so much) and will be operating by pre orders only for the next few weeks. Orders will be available to picked up approx January 16th or later. Full order selection will be back on the website 2nd week of January.

When you order one of our meat packages, you'll receive a variety of our cuts. If you'd like something specific, please leave your request in the "Notes to Farmer" section upon checkout and we will do our best to oblige!
